SOCIAL MEDIA & Marketing INTERNSHIP
TDPP exists to bring people from all walks of life together over great food, interesting conversation, and fantastic company. We are looking for a social media and marketing intern to join our team to share the TDPP story in an engaging way to ensure ongoing ticket sales, private event bookings, and growth in our social media following — primarily Instagram (IG), LinkedIn, and TDPP’s bi-monthly email marketing newsletter. This individual is someone with a strong pairing of visual intelligence and copywriting skills who has the ability to create and implement an effective social media strategy focused on growth resulting in greater engagement with the company.

Role Overview
The TDPP Social Media and Marketing Intern is responsible for partnering with the company president in developing and implementing an effective social media strategy. They are responsible for the creation of engaging content to grow TDPP’s social media following and contribute to sales of both ticketed events and private parties. They do so by understanding and effectively sharing the TDPP story.
Reports to President
Key Responsibilities
Works closely with company president to determine overall social media strategy for the block of time allotted for the internship.
Implements social media strategy by creating a schedule for each stage of the strategy and developing the posts to support the strategy.
Posts the curated content on schedule.
Constantly learns and evaluates the effectiveness of post-types, copyrighting, and makes adjustments to become more effective.
Attend two (2) events monthly to capture photos and video content.
Coordinate with TDPP’s events logistics manager to receive additional photo and video content from guests and event hosts for use online.
Work with company president to determine both ad design and budget for a) boosting posts on IG and/or b) scheduling curated ads on LinkedIn.

Post five (5) times a week on Instagram (will auto-post to Facebook)

Post three (3) times a week on LinkedIn
Average 250 likes per post on IG, 100 or more likes per post on LinkedIn
Increase following by 1k per month on IG and 200 on LinkedIn
Four (4) Private Dinners a month booked through IG and/or LinkedIn

Requirements and Skills
Social media experience with portfolio detailing how you have approached amplifying a brand using online platforms
Building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research
SEO knowledge and implementation experience
Copywriting experience
Customer service experience
Visual intelligence
Experience capturing and analyzing appropriate social media data/metrics, gathering insights into best practices, and then acting on the information.

Hiring Terms
Part-time, 10-15 hours per week
For Credit and/or Resume/Portfolio-Building for future work in the social media/marketing industry
On-site in Orlando, Florida
Flexible schedule with the requirement that tasks are completed on schedule
